Interesting to get an Italian perspective. I'm married to a Veneto Girl and we're both born in Australia. We are neighbours, sometimes so similar and sometimes so different. We're always kidding each other about territorial matters and other things but that's outside of the scope of this video. Thank you, great video!
Nice, i got relatives that moved to Australia after WW2. They lived in a town called Cassino near Brisbane. Thanks for the kind words. Next time you are in Veneto and you have some spare time, consider as a detour
A beautiful video! Slovenia gets visited by a lot of Italian tourists, but on the other hand, I have met Italians who did not know that Italy & Slovenia are neighbouring countries. I thought that was quite funny. A lot of foreign tourists only come here for a few days, and only visit the most popular spots. But you can find very beautiful places all over the country. I have lived here my entire life, and still haven't seen everything.
Indeed, despite being just there, it is largely unknown to Italian mass tourism. My hometown is close to the border and my family brought me to Yugoslavia when I was a kid. However I was surprise to see that Slovenia has nothing to envy to the most famous Croatia in terms of beautiness
@@GuglielmoBiason hehe quite the opposite, we Slovenian people love to visit Croatia in the summer. We adore it. Beautiful coastlines ❤️ Island Lokrum is my favourite. It’s located beside famous place called Dubrovnik. Anyway I’m glad you enjoyed our country!
So well done - thank you, thank you!!! We've been to Slovenia twice and can't wait to go back. I appreciate you giving us food for thought for a future trip! It's a special place indeed.
You represent very nicely ......you make me exciting N energetic , I put this country in my visiting list📒 ..... thank you ...good luck to you for next journey... Love from India🇮🇳
Ljubljana was capitol of Slovenia since the end of WWII, its just that before indepence Slovenia was a part of Yugoslavia, federation with capital in Belgrade. I always wonder when I see all of those people if I will ever see myself in a video like this... Then I remember how rarely I leave the house and figure I won't xD Great video!
Thank you guy's...... nice video and excellent narations.... We were thinking visiting Europe and Slovenia was one in the list..... We would be happy to look at your other video's , if u ahve made any for Prague and Austria
Hi, thanks indeed. Unfortunately we haven’t been in Austria and Prague for a long time. The first time i went to Prague was in 1985, i was a kid and my parents had friends there
13 000 registred caves and, by some estimations, another 10 000 not discovered yet. If you like to walk high mountains or deep forests you may find some of them :)
There is more to Slovenia than Bled and Trig lave. I would love to see a documentary on the Eastern and Southern part of the Country. There are many wineries in that part of Slovenia where grapes are grown and much wine is bottled to be sold at Binny's and other wine sellers. There are also many towns that house homes and churches that date back many years. There is Maribor and Murska Sobota and small villages like Lendava (not so small anymore) Hotiza, Bistrica with lovely churches. Get out of the big cities and explore.
Ahtesham Bakht hi, our gear comprises of a Canon 70D, a GoPro 6 and an Iphone 7 plus. We use a very handy lens. Tamron 16-300mm f/3.5-6.3. It’s a good lens for travel video because it does a bit of everything (from wide-angle to 18x zoom) without need to change lenses all the time. All on Amazon
To be honest I do not think there is a more beautiful place on planet earth than Balkan Peninsula. In a small area you will get everything. Eternal snow, beaches, lowlands, highlands, all within a day's drive. Unbelievable!
Why do you speak with Spanish accent??? Calling Slovenian land to be Italian properties. Shame on your family. But I can prove you wrong and invite you to Štajerska. It is a region of Slovenija,Maribor is the province capitol. And if you are not satisfied you are more than welcome at my home I Vlissingen Holland. We Slovenians respect our guests more than Romans can if you can get a point. 😎
