Chris Churchill - most popular gay clubs are on Soi 2 on Silom road near sala daeng BTS. It's a small alley having multiple clubs inside.

you can go to Thailand on tourist visa and look for job...there are high demand in bars and clubs. If you have working experience then it is added advantage.
Soi 2 is different than the other two, it's an actual dance pub. The other two are filled with gogo bars.
