Honestly, this was one of the most important reviews I watched before purchasing the S7 MaxV Ultra robot and dock. 2 years is a long time to provide an overwhelmingly positive review. Thank you for providing your review.
A very cool device. That would be a great way to avoid the constant use of heavy manual vacuums, mops, brooms, etc. Thanks for the unboxing and information. If I do get one (hopefully) it will be Roborock.
some comments om amazon led me to this video, they all said roborock s5 or s7 lasted over 18 months or 2 to 3 years, but when they upgraded to s7 max utra, or qrevo with docking station that do self cleaning, it needed to be repairred after just one month or 3 months or 6 months. therefore I SEARCH THE S7 or S 5 model to buy, guess what? both those models were not available for sale on amazon. THEY STILL SALE THE s7 max ultra for almost $800.
The product is excellent, but its functionality is crucial. Unfortunately, my vacuum failed to dock after just two days of usage. Upon reaching out to customer support and requesting a replacement, I was informed that the only available option was for me to purchase another unit at my own expense, await its delivery, use the same box to return the defective one, and then wait for a refund.
After owning three Neatos who always worked in a not to good way i finally got a Roborock Q7 Max who are miles better living with two dogs and i do agree when i dont need the large fuel station either who makes it way more expensive.
It's fantastic to hear that you prefer the Roborock Q7 Max, especially with two dogs in the house! 🐶 It's great to know that you don't need the larger fuel station. Here's to cleaner floors and a more efficient cleaning experience! 🏡🤖
I have a dog that sheds a ton and I’ve had this nearly 2 years. I’ve been very happy with the product. Unfortunately I can’t find the self emptying bin anywhere. Seems to be out of stock every time I look.
Oh no, that's frustrating to hear about your S7. Have you tried deep cleaning it regularly? Sometimes, that can make a big difference in performance, especially with challenging substances like cat litter. It might be worth a shot! 😕🤖🧹
I currently use the Roborock branded one from Amazon but at the time of making the video and two years before that I only used water inside of the water tank + floor cleaning product straight on the mopping pad
I get streaks, if you look really closely, but I don’t really mind them. It looks like it’s been mopped but it’s better than having a dirty floor in my opinion.
Do not buy Roborock products!! It may work fantastically in the beginning, but both the dealer and roborock itself only give a two-year warranty and after that you are on your own. This is the experience I had.
Sorry this happened to you:( I actually had to contact Roborock for my in laws Roborock s6 that had issues and was over 2 years old. They were able to fix it but they did charge me around $100 for it
I have the Shark newest RV2310AE/UR2350AE with the similar design as the Roborock S7, but it come with 3 LiDAR sensor Some people said Shark’s robot quality is not so good, I don’t know if this is true, but I bought it and will try how long it could last. Also, next time if you buying a new Robot Vacuum Cleaner, I ‘d recommend buying a protective sticker for it.
@@JuliaCaban : It is true. They target to the mid range market, and they are doing pretty good on marketing, that’s why their market share keep growing rapidly. The Shark defeated Dyson to become the #1 seller in USA, and the Robot Vacuum Cleaner market shares are growing, too. On the other hand, due to the new competitors entry the market, iRobot market share are dropping.
finally I found it - a person with a real experience (2 years!)
thanks, really helpful
I'm glad I could provide you with helpful information! If you have any more questions, feel free to reach out anytime. I'm here to help :)

Love that you reviewed after owning for years!
Always! :)

I love it! I used to hate vacuuming (now I never do manually haha) so this is a perfect tool for me ☺️ Thank you for watching! ❤️

I have not had the chance to use the s7 max ultra or but I have a full review on qrevo models so I highly recommend checking it out :))
can i go through bed covers? our bed has a bed cover that goes down to almost the floor. I hope the vaccuum can still clean under the bed
You would probably need to lift it when you run your vacuum and you want it to vacuum underneath - vacuum will think it’s an obstacle otherwise

What kind of customer support ist this????
Great video. Well done. Thanks a lot .
Glad you liked it!:)
Does it have a laser feature? What do you think of this vacuum now?
Do you mean lidar? Yes. I gave it to my mom and she uses it all the time, she loves it.
@@JuliaCaban I mean laser

have you looked on mercari or facebook market? I sometimes see people reselling brand-new items :)
The performance of my S7 is disappointing, it can't even clean cat litter☹

Does it have object avoidance?
Thanks!
It does not, it only has lidar to help navigate, but no cameras like the more expensive robot vacuums
Do you use any cleaning solution for mopping or just water?
I currently use the Roborock branded one from Amazon but at the time of making the video and two years before that I only used water inside of the water tank + floor cleaning product straight on the mopping pad
@@JuliaCabanhow much solution to water did you use?
I don't get the 1:300 😂
I have read that the mop leaves lots of streaks...have you had issues with that? thank you for your review!
I didn’t have that issue, but I’m pretty vigilant when it comes to washing the mops after every use so it may have something to do with it:)
I get streaks, if you look really closely, but I don’t really mind them. It looks like it’s been mopped but it’s better than having a dirty floor in my opinion.
Here it costs €800... that's a lot of money. If it gets cheaper, I'll buy it... but not now🧿

I've always wanted to try out Shark robots! I hear good things about their vacuums - they may not look as good, but they usually seem like good value!

The sound effects and obnoxious "music" in the background made this unwatchable after about 1 second.
The music sound effects are annoying and unnecessary .
This left the robot completely useless and prompted me to reach out to the manufacturer.
Marry me?!?😂
You are beautiful!
