    Pork Rub ingredients:
    1/4 cup allulose
    2 tbsp Redmond Smoked Salt
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp chipotle powder
    1 tsp granulated onion
    1 tsp granulated garlic
    2 tsp black pepper
    Cole Slaw ingredients:
    1/4 cup avocado oil mayo
    1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 tbsp allulose
    1/4 tsp onion salt
    3 cups finely shredded cabbage

    I made buns earlier today using this recipe and they turned out beautiful. I hate cleaning that bun pan, even with spraying they are still a pain to clean. But those buns were so good.

    Oh THANK YOU for this video! I've been contemplating making some shrimp sliders (but now pulled pork sounds amazing too!) and was trying to decide which of your dinner roll or butter bun recipes to attempt, or if I needed to modify one because I'm not really into the whole Hawaiian sweet roll thing. This helps me lean toward just going with the best loaf bread recipe, because I've really been loving that anyway. YAY!!!!

    Oh girl~ Yuuuum!🌟 I have a few pork tenderloins I picked up on sale last month, & this is exactly what I need to do w/them. Big glass of iced tea & we are there.=)
    *Haven't yet tried the allulose in my dry rub- only in bbq sauces & marinades- so thanks for that bit of brilliance as well. ~Sammy in AZ

    YUM
    I do something very similar but I use my instant pot. I add the rub, brown the meat. Remove meat and add broth and liquid smoke to bottom, place my meat on the trivet and cook. Then I add the meat to the liquid and shred. AMAZING every time

    Everything looks delicious. I use the Instant Pot to make the pork & shred it in the IP after it's done. Where were your tasters? Be well.

    I made hamburger buns with that same recipe and they came out amazing. Definitely a keeper. The pork looked delicious. Why didn’t you cook it in the Instant Pot? Would’ve taken less time and it would’ve been moister,

    Nili… curious 🧐 what was your thinking in cooking your pork in your oven versus your instant pot? I know you are whiz with it so I’m assuming there has to be a reason… I’m planning to avoid oven use this summer as we up here in Ontario Canada are predicted to have a hot humid summer… I’m getting my recipes all organized now so this one definitely caught my eye!

    I’m so excited to try this! Seasoning rub and the rolls! Could you please advise…..since I don’t have whole egg powder how much should I try using egg yolk powder, instead?

      In the recipe notes, she says '2 tbsp of whole egg powder can be substituted with 2 tsp of yolk powder'. Hope that helps. I never have whole egg powder either, but I do have yolk powder, and this works well.

      Since calls for 6gr egg yolk powder per full recipe, would be 9 grams for 1.5x recipe. I sift mine through a small strainer so that it does not clump.

    Nili, do you have a particular recipe you use to make hamburger rolls? These look really good and my daughter has been asking for pulled pork but I haven't found any on sale yet but plan on making some soon.

    I wonder could you pretend these buns are scones and add whipped cream and a little low carb jam. ( you can make this by simmering strawberries and add a little lemon juice until thick then add sweetener to taste)😊

    Oh boy those look so yummy. I keep seeing that Yo Mama bbq sauce. It must be good. Can you tell me the ratio on the black cherry and lemon lime electrolytes you like? It’s one of your favorites you said. It sounds so good I want to try it. Thank you Nili.

    Those rolls look really good. The original recipe with egg white powder was giving me intestinal problems, so I switched to using unflavored whey protein. Had to play around with the ingredient ratios, but I thought the whey version was delicious, genuinely good, not just "good enough". Sadly my body didn't tolerate those very well either. I gave all my egg bread making supplies to my brother so he can have a go at it. I'm getting more strict on my diet anyway, so it's not a huge loss.

      Please retry the bread recipes...it’s the allulose that causes tummy upset. I use only 2 tablespoons of allulose per bread loaf recipe, no problem. You need some allulose for browning.

      @@srezzy1326 Can't say for certain, but my suspicion is that it exposed an egg allergy/sensitivity I never knew I had. Before I tried Maria's bread recipe, I never ate more than 3 or 4 eggs at a time, and I never had a reason to separate the white from the yolk. I'm only guessing, but coming soon I'll be removing eggs & dairy for a couple months to see if either of them make a difference.

    Tried this recipe but it was a big fail. To much liquid, it never whipped it into meringue at all.

    I am so tempted but I hate egg whites. Can't eat them fried or boiled. As kids at Easter my sister would eat the whites and I would eat the yolks. Now I only eat them scrambled. I'm just afraid these breads and buns are going to taste like egg whites. Anybody have any feedback for me?
