    Our final day (31) of the OER Base challenge is a voice-over routine dedicated to lower body CARs (going full circle here). CARs are a great tool to keep your joints healthy & in check because they address every movement pattern in one particular joint.
    Please note: Some joints can be harder to do than others due to limited range of motion (e.g. the knee joint only allows for a little bit of internal and external rotation) - and therefore might take you longer to master. I hope the voice-over and on-screen pointers are helpful in practicing these. 🔥

    I found myself wanting to curl my toes during the ankle cars. The toes Cars were so difficult . I had to use my hands to guide my toes. ❤

    Amazing series Julia! ❤❤ I loved this. I had done a lower body workout in the am and followed with this. Absolutely perfect. And I loved how you included the toes.
    Again I decided to try your voiceover and found it very helpful if unsure of the moves. But I also find your instructions on screen are great too so it’s nice for both options.

    This is great! In the future as your channel grows, I’d love to see more voice over videos. Your instructions are really well thought and clear. Particularly helpful for complex movements like CARs. Like getting cues from a yoga instructor, I think the voice over really helps to dial in the movements. Great job as always. (I think I started following you at about 10K followers). Ice job on the 30-day series. Lots of work, planning, and editing.

      Agreed. It’s good she does two versions so you can go back to the music only version once you know what you’re doing. She chooses some good music for her routines. Better than the usual high energy pop-sugar crap that most follow-allongs have.
