I remember the international criminal court firmly declaring that Tony Blair could not be charged or prosecuted for the illegal war of aggression in Iraq or any of the war crimes committed there. Only UK soldiers could be charged but not politicians, unless there was evidence that the politicians themselves directly ordered the war crimes.
So how has the law suddenly changed now in the case of Putin? Or does that mean that Blair could be liable after all?

The truth is already out. Bad mistake that they elected an actor with his fake production crew as a president. The lies they spread are all falling, they are too desperate and impulsive. Now you will see them screaming for weapons that they are exposed.
The lesson for Europe is that this is not a war fought in middle-east or Asia which brought about devastation, death of innocent civilians and influx of desperate refugees. They will learn first hand how their involvements in wars elsewhere can bring great suffering to the people and countries. US across the Atlantic Ocean of course does not feel the urgency and immediacy that their European allies feel and experience.
Putin should be the one being taught a lesson, but I doubt he will learn.

Of course, the Russian soldiers do not have their mobilee phones, they were confiscated by their superiors to ensure they were clueless about this invasion and could not report the truth back to mother Russia.

Civilian Cars/vans leaving Mariupol were fired upon today 4children injured 1 critically. Its not safe for the cars to be on the roads outside the city.
Civilian cars escaping Mariupol, have the Russian word for children written on the windscreen, in the vain hope the Russians will treat them humanely and not shoot them. But they don't. They shoot at them, they shell those trying to escape the constant bombing. Mariupol has not had water, electricity or food for several days. The situation is desperate.
When civilians carry arms they are considered combatants! He civilians were told to leave!

This is why Russia was offering "humanitarian corridors" into Russia and Belarus. They expected to drive people out of Ukraine and into concentration camps to depopulate Ukraine. This is also why the State Department is warning about concentration camps, genocide, biological warfare, and chemical warfare.
