Great video, I was in a beautiful marriage before my now ex wife left me,i still love her and most times i cant stop thinking about her, i am doing my very best to get rid of the thought of her, but i just can't, i love her so much, i dont know why i am bring this here for, i cant stop thinking about her.
Sometimes things must fall apart for it to fell into place. Find the magic and the love inside yourself first, then the rest will fall in place, and you will love again.

Looks like your now ex wife wasn’t on the same vibrational pattern as you bro. Wasn’t so beautiful in her heart. Look within yourself and you might see deep insecurities that maybe you were using her? And this marriage to help you heal these insecurities?
Do understand why she left you.?
Stop trying to get rid of your thoughts about her. Just don't get caught up in them. Same with the feelings. Notice and allow them without identifying with them. You are not your thoughts, feelings, or body. Release your feelings by focusing on and letting go of your resistance to having them- but on a physical level, the sensations in your body. Every time your thoughts and emotions disturb you, RELAX. You will get through this! Meditation will speed up the process.

My life has radically changed when I adopted this attitudes it took many years for me to fully get it. It was losing my dad that got me. I was chasing desires instead of loving my dad and spending time with him I can't change that pain but I will do better going forward
This teaching is so practical and doable! Yet it is a path which, if followed, will allow the innate loving, joyful self to Be!

Now I have listened to Mickey many times for the past months. And these are the most important learnings I have ever had . For around 20 years ago I was at the place of wholeness, love , joy , light for around 5 minutes. At last I have found a person who can guide me, so I this time can stay there, when I will be a part of the wholeness, love, wisdom, oneness, because I have learned how to stay centered in the seat of conciseness and relax and release when needed.
He is a genuine Master, one of a kind. To the ones looking for a living Guru, he might be their only choice. Still inhabiting a mortal vessel, exemplifies the essence of a jivanmukta, akin to those revered figures we have encountered within the sacred scriptures. Expressing gratitude towards such an enlightened being entails not merely words of appreciation but the continual practice of his teachings in every fleeting moment of our lives.

Thank you Mickey! With all my heart, Thank you so much. I truly think you are like Jesus in that you have dedicated your life to spreading the truth. I believe you know the truth. I hope I can live this way more often than not. I find myself resisting so much but always coming back to listening to you. My addiction to my mind is so strong, I fear I will never be able to be free of it in this lifetime, but I will keep trying. I hope I can teach these things to my 5 year old daughter.
