Beautiful cake. Well done. I used frost form and used 6 inches kit. Made mocked ganache, I left cake overnight in fridge, next day i peeled the plastic, it took half of my ganache with it. It was a massive failure. I don’t know what I did wrong. I had no problem with american buttercream.
@@MelovesPugs Try this butter ganache instead, I haven't used any of the other recipes yet so I can't comment on the one you have used. This butter ganache I have used quite a few times though and every time it's worked perfectly. You will find it in other content on my channel. I personally think it's the most stable just because it's literally melted butter and chocolate so it's still soft to eat but it takes quite alot of heat weather wise for it to melt compared to things like American Buttercream and SMBC. This butter ganache recipe is from the official frost form website and I have also tried it with Dark Chocolate and it worked beautifully
