I once did 400 calf raises without stopping... I got to 40, and it started to "burn" though to me, it was easy to overcome as I did more... After 400, I could barely walk right for a few days... I was walking with my heels up, tippy toe, otherwise it hurt... Though, I went from basically no calf definition to a lot afterwards... It was a good experiment, though I do not recommend doing unless it's a one time thing...

Very cool video! I will definitely incorporating these into my routine, especially the bent knee versions. Now, I don’t have FOMO for not buying the dedicated calf raise machine for my gym. I also work the Tibialis buy tethering a resistance band to a fixed object and wrapping them around the toebox area and put a foam roller to get a good range of motion, then go to work.

Thanks for the great workout tips! I noticed that you might have fallen arches, also known as flat feet. It's often not a serious issue, but proper support might help improve comfort during your exercises. Maybe consider checking it out with a specialist to ensure it doesn't affect your activities. Keep up the awesome work on your channel!

You can do the standing deficit calf raise on a smith too. I prefer it because I can load a lot more weight without fear of dying when hitting failure 😂
