how long this concept of teaching self defence to girls .girls are physically different than boys why not boys teach to change their opinion and thoughts towards girls and ask them to treat girls with respect and dignity.irrespective of wat they wear.

East Wind self defence is good i agree .but root of the problem is boys .Equal amount work should be done on disciplining boys .it's like some one attacking and your asking girl to attack back . but the person attacking girl is wrong first.make him realize that.
Vinitha Pynoly some boys are like animals. You can ask them to not commit violence against women, but if they don't listen, you have to learn to deal with them independently. Modern women want independence right. Learning a bit of self-defense is worth a try so, go on. You can support her. ;)
Rahul Rajendran I feel more stress n should be given on changing thoughts towards women respecting them.even women don't respect other women in many cases we should work on where the real problem lies in our families .

First of all, that wasn't a clickbait for me. I have email notifications for this awesome channel. Blush is dedicated to raising issues that concern women in general, I don't see how that's denigrating women's issues. They are a UA-cam channel. You can't reach people without subscriptions and shares. That's how the format of this website is. This is the most apt message. Of all the campaigns i have witnessed which usually focus on improving the system or society (which are also equally important) there is hardly any focus on how women can be independent in otherwise unsafe circumstances. Learning self-defense for a woman is as important as knowing for her that she is a woman and equal to a man (this makes her closer to the equality). I have been trying to explain this to all my female friends (and this video might make it easier). Would like to request all women to stop expecting a hero in a situation, instead be a hero, be an exception. And spread this so that there are no exceptions.
