We speak at home exactly this way in the typical language so its a mother tongue, and nostalgia is an emotion that the language in this film brought back to me as I am currently away from home. Thank you very much Naseeruddin sir and Ratna ma'am. The appreciation of both of you for languages has been incredible. "Kon sambhala merku" "Nako" "Chalra" "Nai dikhta kya" "Kayku" "Kalich" "Aara" "Thayro" "Rukna zara rukna" "mujhe yaha se .... Goregaon east pahuchna hai" (Lol, we Mumbaikars always on the move) "ab kayku rukti" "ab nai milti" honest taxi drivers (I remembered forgetting my original university transcripts in taxi and the person came bac to the institute to return it; had no clue that he'll come back. Also, let me add the scene here: So, I was travelling from Matunga station to ICT in taxi for the 8:30 lecture and got off in hurry forgetting the transcripts bag in the taxi. Went to the lecture and was there quite diligently attending it and suddenly I get reminded of THE BLUNDER. I told ma'am about it and she just very instantaneously allowed me to go. I just happened to reach the security at the gate and there it was!! The driver was just in conversation with the security to return the transcripts!!! I thanked him millions, so that scene is very relatable!! I am glad I could give him a small tip :p ) THANK YOU!!!!!!
Had a smile watching it through the duration of the movie, secretly wishing nothing went wrong for them ..and yes finally a happy ending 🎉 such a welcome change.

Such a story could have easily been made into a spicy film but since Naseer Sahab is involved in it, he has directed this film beautifully understanding today's mindset. All the actors are very talented which is reflected time and again by their natural performances. It was great to see Rakesh (Chaturvedi ) in a small role. If life could pan out so perfectly in all its aspects. Quite fairy tale-ish, quite wishful. Amazing acting by each of the actors, the royal Bombay feel. So wonderful to see Ratna Pathak Shah since Sarabhai vs Sarabhai.

aww..what a cutie movie. This made my heart smile with tears in my eyes. I love the little details, involving the taxi driver and how the registrar is stocking the sweets in his suitcase etc. Ratna Pathak Shah looks so very beautiful and how effortless the acting was.

Adorable Script, which did not make me feel like a script at all , just went with the flow of the happenings as they were hilarious and touching and wished ese pyaar ki barsaate sab jagah hoti rahe.....god bless the two couples....splendid performance by all .....hip hip hureeeee , float with the time as it never stops for any one....
