Frankel says she doesn't see race or gender when hiring someone. Should companies adopt color-blind hiring processes? Or does color-blindness prevent us from celebrating our differences? Let us know what you think!

Companies should focus on diversity in the hiring process and not allow race and/or gender to interfere with the decision making process. Concentrating on race and gender will cause organizations to miss opportunities to hire people with excellent experience and qualifications.

I like her but I don’t like how she never adds her story her propensity to money and how her father was wealthy.

I think her point is that her daughter is still learning even if it’s not in the classroom and that because she’s making/preparing the healthy food herself, she’s more likely to eat it. I’m a teacher and I didn’t take her statement as anything negative.

Tracy, good point. Also, that it’s an intimate experience at home, with no bells between classes, no raising hands to be recognized.
