im currently on a weight loss grind. I was a "big" kid in middle school, like I am talking like almost 400lbs by 13 bro. So over the past year and a half i've been on a plan to eat healthier and eat less junk like chips and fast food.
It was hard during the beginning but its gotten easier for me, i've morphed it into a habit, but I don't wanna be a walking stick so i might go to the gym to and get some actual body muscle and not a bunch of skin flaps.
I am currently 213bs and almost 16, I plan to lose about 23 more pounds and then i've finished the first part of my journey to look better.
