Hi from Ontario. March 12/2021. I am a new subscriber, have a Newfie background and love your posts. One thing though ... we call the clamshell baker you used for the apple crisp a 'pie iron'. Great camping idea! The irons can be used directly on the coals for cheese and onion sandwiches, or toasted jam sandwiches. On the grill cooked the bread slower, granted, but sometimes directly on the coals is good too. Great videos. Love them all, Newf. ps ... my kin are from Greats Cove and Hearts Content. Cheers
