- In this clip, I explain a few approaches to the "Shooting Joker" (Peter Kane's original name for this effect.) The Faro Shuffle is also briefly explained.

The fact that you show how it's done takes very little away from it. It's not that you do it, it's how smooth and effortlessly you are able to do it. I keep wondering how much time you spend perfecting these tricks. The Aces trick is cool. I'd pay for a membership, but I don't have the time or the card skill to even start working on something like that. For now, I'd rather be amazed!!

Doug, an idea for people trying to do a "Perfect Faro" is to divide the pack by color. Then Faro and see if the cards are seperated by color.

I have trouble weaving cards 😭. Did i just miss the part where you explained the ripple version of the second one?
I explain the riffle shuffle version on the video… I’d suggest keep practicing he Faro… it takes a lil time to get the feel

Try a lighter touch … and stick with it: it takes practice

This trick did not work work my plastic cards.
Gotta practice the shuffle more but need a new deck lmao I ruined 86% of the edges of my practice cards 🙃

@@DougConn ah I see I wasn't sure how much pressure to use, ill nail it next time. Does the spread of the cards happen naturally or is it where you put pressure? That's what messing me up most, second to not being a bit more light with it.
