Valentina! I love your enthusiasm and I do jive with most of your style… I tried the ruffles, and I realize that’s not me. But I do appreciate it. I’m also grateful that you are not just focusing on luxury brands, and I know that could be a temptation for UA-cam fashion ladies. I really appreciate it when someone can just give us the style ideas and all the pictures that you give, and the ways that you can style them.. I love that you do that! I think that’s some thing that a lot of UA-camrs aren’t doing as much anymore, but I’m so grateful you are! Way to go, lady!
Hi Valentina. I've always enjoyed your home channel. Nice to see you delving into fashion as well. Will definitely check out other segments. Wishing you all the best.
Fabulous video, Valentina. In the Southern hemisphere, the brand Seed Heritage designs with ruffles as a standard part of their range, l have noticed. Ruffles lift a garment. 😀
Yes! Monica Vinader jewelry is beautiful and affordable! I love how they use reclaimed/recycled precious metals to make their pieces. I have a few pieces that I really like. I really like how the room where you’re filming is designed. It’s such an elegant mix of masculine and feminine. Great video!
I was so excited to see you showing Monica Vinader! I'm been looking at their jewlery for awhile now. Another one of my favorite youtubers also swears by Monica Vinader. I think I'll be purchasing many things in the coming years.
Oh no we are going back to the 80's with the ruffles and bows! Maybe I could handle a sleeve ruffle but that's it. Ruffles and bows on larger chest is definitely a NO go.
Enjoyed this, especially the leather which I've always loved and suits our colder weather in UK. Noticed lots of interesting hosiery on the catwalks, such as floral fishnets. Would be interested in a look at options and using tights to change the look of an outfit in an affordable way.
Yes!! Really want to get leather pants in different colors but not sure what type of fit will suit me best and I can dress down for daily wear … also a 5’1 here.. and definitely been wanting to incorporate some jewelry pieces…!!! Love the video 🤍
Thankfully I didn’t donate my ruffle blouse that it bought 6 years ago. I didn’t wear it because I didn’t know how to dress it down to make it more casual, thanks to Valentina I know the way on how to rock it. ❤❤❤❤
I've just found your Channel and absolutely love watching! So informative but entertaining, you have a great personality. I look forward to watching many more. Thank you. Happy New Subscriber. ☺ Didn't know I was in fashion but I've recently purchased 3 crop ( to the waist) jackets and several blouses with different ruffles or bows on! Ive also had shirt dresses for years, happily still in my Wardrobe as I love them. Who knew.....lol. Greetings from Paris x
Hi Valentina, after last weekend’s video, I went shopping and found this really pretty dress with ruffled short sleeves, it’s beautiful, I don’t know where I’m going to wear it Lol 😂 but just knew I had to have it, it’s a colour out of my comfort zone in the prettiest of light pinks, almost like a baby pink with ruffles down the skirt of it, it’s also a maxi type dress which is also something I don’t normally wear But once I tried it on, the sales assistant was like WOW 🤩 you have to get that dress, I love pinks but never really wore the colour, when I had it on in the store, so many people that came into the store gave me so many compliments, I loved the first leather dress in your video, it looked soft and elegant in the black, I wouldn’t have anywhere to wear something like that especially where I live, but the pretty pink dress I purchased can be dressed up or down which I love in my clothes as a minimalist. Great video as always. Cheers from Nellie 😍😍♥️♥️
I personally don't think gold vermeil is truly sustainable, even if made from recycled metals, because the vermeil layer will wear off in a matter of months. I've been saving up for solid gold fine jewelry instead and really, once you do it you'll find it hard to go back.
I’ve always really liked Las Valieres, or tie-bow blouses, they’re classic and feminine. I love the ones that can be tied lower, leaving a V-neck above, even if a slight one, sometimes one tied high at the neck can seem a little formal for my retired lifestyle, but I did enjoy wearing them to my super-conservative corporate office, they looked great with my suits. I find a V-neckline is more flatteringly on me because of my larger bust, I probably won’t buy many sheer clothes, I’m not a fan of the polyester they made of (but, silk chiffon - yes, I just got a sheer silk chiffon blouse). I have a few tie-bow shirts from Lily Silk where the tie can be removed, they’re very versatile. I also like a patterned silk neck tie, geometrics like Toteme has are very on-trend, I love my khaki green and cream-striped one. Audrey Coyne’s new Fennwyth brand has some also, for less, Toteme always takes a big bite out of my wardrobe budget!
Ok, I don't get the leather pants thing, but I'm in Florida, and we just... Don't do that here... LOL! The ruffles - at first I thought, ugh, ruffles?? And then I started to think about my wardrobe and how many blouses I own that have mini-ruffles and flutter sleeves! 😆 Love that shirt dresses are coming back, so flattering and smart! I wonder if that means the 60s "madmen" style is coming back soon, I adored that!
@@emilymckay1937 Gucci is part of the same fashion house as Balenciaga. I’m not sure if you saw all the news Balenciaga posting satanic and sexual pictures of children. Definitely disturbing and there were protests around the country regarding the brand. Very sad ties into a lot of other things that are going to wrong in this country. It’s sad because I really like to Gucci and that I personally own it but I always appreciated the brand but I for one don’t like to support brands that are tied to anything of that nature. I personally don’t even buy brands that are not cruelty free so this was definitely a no for me personally.
@@mcicalese58 they were posting pics of young children with satanic and sexual context. And have been linked to some really bad things. Further more look up what the CEO of the companies owns business sells… it’s more disturbing by far.
I'll be saving money this year, I suppose! I've written before, but anything with ruffles or certain cuts like crop or peplum - basically anything that adds volume or cuts off my torso like that is not a good idea for me. I'm not heavy, but I'm petite and curvy. I have hips and a chest that has grown for some reason in my late 40s (probably due to the hormonal shifts at my age 🙄) so I need straight lines and tailored looks that MINIMIZE those areas. And unless you have a perfectly flat tummy, all that just adds weight. Leather can be classy, but it's easy to screw up and go overboard. And those leather items with eyelet/lace-type cut out designs??? 🤔 uh....not a fan. I guess the designers think it adds a femininity to leather but it just confuses me, if that makes sense. Eyelet cutout designs are pretty on a white summer dress (I saw one once on Nikki Hilton from Valentino that I would LOVE to find!) Hers was long sleeve, white, above the knee with a straight cut. No frilly arm or bottom ruffles - everything was a plain cut. The large eyelet/lace pattern was enough - it didn't need anything extra - it was form-fitting and feminine without extra volume. I've written before and I'll say it again, unless you are built like those models, too much volume just ends up looking frumpy and adds weight. Even if you're petite and very thin, many of these things are hard to pull off. And nothing is worse (on me anyway - 5'0" and curvy) than most of these looks.
Lovely ideas with high end fashions … every day females are more practical and stylish. Please Valentina go back to your interior ideas … enjoyed them so much more. There’s too many fashion videos….thanks. Love your enthusiasm
I still have a home channel and honestly love both. You’re welcome to just enjoy what you like but I’m interested in fashion and home and see a true connection between the two.
I'd love to see Valentina do a leather try on video later this year. Hopefully during the summer she'll do a bikini try on video on this channel as well. 10/10 on her outfit in this video because it's absolutely on point.

If you like ruffles, try a flounced deep V blouse in a silky fabric (Ralph Lauren style).

Wow! Big ‘80’s style coming back!! Love it ❤

You look gorgeous! Love your makeup today. Thank you for such a helpful video!
The very short jackets that end under the bust used to be called a bolero. At least here in Europe. Just FYI.

I’m hoping to find a white silk ruffle-neck shirt soon, for layering under itchy sweaters.
The white, V-neck blouse with the firm bow is a called a “midi” or “sailor” blouse, I want it!
“Flat bow” is a better description, thanks.
Thanks for all the trends for 2023 I really enjoyed the video God!!
Love your enthusiasm and style❤
I started buying Monica Vinader in 2022 and I love it! I'm slowing adding more and more to my collection.
It's so good!
You always look great! What are your go to nail colours?

Could you do a wedding guest Lookbook. Pretty please with a cherry on top 🍒
Will you link the white cropped chanel inspired blazer you were wearing?
I love a ruffle!
I love leather. However, I live in Florida. Today is January 30th and it is 85 degrees outside (Fahrenheit).

I live in SW FLA. and still wear leather/pleather when it’s under 70😅☺️👋
I love most of it….I just wished I was 6’ 120lb. 🤣🤣🤣
I want to see a 20s redone! You know, since we are in the 20s again!
Some of these models I've been seeing lately are like walking zombies. Very scary!
Leather is never trendy in my closet it is a stable that is timeless.
Ruffles and bows are not for me. I am 4’11” and feel childish when I wear them.
Love your content but it makes me sad that we are still talking about Gucci with everything that came out about that fashion house .
I agree about Gucci. I personally won't buy Gucci or Nike.
