someone told me the other week that the fandom would flip if they brought back olivia coleman in a new role and i just had to be like bruh, ty for this video 😂
Interesting list. I knew most of them - less so the actors who turned up in Torchwood and the SJAs. I did notice you showed a clip of Sabetha (Catherine Schofield) from The Keys Of Marinus in place of Fiona Walker's Kala, but given there have been so many actors to play multiple parts that's not much of a mistake to make.
7:55 Depending on what her role is in the season 40 finale, Susan Twist may either gain a further 7 (or more) entries onto this list or disappear from it entirely…
And a good 15 years before he starred in the Russian sub/Ice Warrior episode on TV David Warner played an Alternative timeline Doctor in an early Big Finish.
Great work. Must have taken a while so feel a bit bad at saying this: 05:23 should read Mina Anwar (rather than Yasmin Bannerman). Anyway, very enjoyable (and didn't realise certain actors had reappeared). 🙂👍
Spotted an error (which is easy to make with such a massive piece of editing!), Yasmin Bannerman's name appears twice, where on the second occasion it should read Mina Anwar.
Stephen Thorne, I know his face was slightly obscures playing Omega but he took his Helmet off so we could see it in the mirror! Only it was missing so.... they tried!
Little video idea, every time a real Police Box has a appeared in Doctor Who, well not real real but intended to be real, like Delta and The Banner men and Logopolis
A real was supposed to appear in Logopolis. The last TARDIS style one stood beside the Barnett bypass but was demolished shortly before the the story went into production.
Double Dalek connection Roy Skelton did Dalek voices ( as well as Captain Pugwash ) and Terry Nation the writer who is the inventor of the Daleks, wrote Blake's Seven, which starred Paul Darrow in its main cast.
Adeola and Martha are canonically cousins. Also, I’m fairly certain that the in-universe reason the Master and Consul Tremas looked identical is that the Master stole Tremas’ body. And I know you specifically said you weren’t including voice roles, but I feel it should’ve noted that Richard E. Grant also played the Doctor in the 2003 animated _Scream of the Shalka._
Can we PLEASE have a compilation of all the times The Doctor has mentioned The TARDIS in a kind fashion? Like the Fourth Doctor's exchange. Four: "C'mon old girl. There's enough millennia left in you yet." Romana: "Oh. Thank you, Doctor." Four: "Not you. The TARDIS."
Interesting Gerry Anderson connection here, Wanda Ventham ( Benedict Cumberbatch's mother...Mark Gatiss/ Steven Moffat connection with Sherlock ) starred in UFO and Prentis Hancock, starred in Space: 1999.
I think you could have included Sacha Dawan as Warris Hussein from "An Adventure in Time and Space" and as O/The Master. Killer soundtrack for this video, by the way!
@@matleb8491 I'm referring to the two Peter Cushing movies. However, looking at the chapters above, the movies are discussed. Aside from Bernard Cribbins, a few other actors appeared in the movies as well as the TV series (Philip Madoc instantly comes to mind).

I never realized just _how many_ classic cameos there are in new who
Guys I loved when David Tennant played “The Doctor” not the other doctors, just the one the doctor. Not the one your thinking of
Aha, you must mean the Meta Crisis Doctor
He also played an armed security guard in Scream of the Shalka but the video maker appears to have missed that.
@UranusMcVitieFish-yd7oq
it says right at the start that they didn't include voice roles
If I had a nickel for every time a princess looked like Romana, I'd have 2 nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird it happened twice.

Its pretty cool how many classic who actors came back in NuWho! I wonder if we'll see any more NuWho actors in NeoWho.
I think a lot of it with Classic Who was cause it wasn’t repeated as much as it is now, they could get away with re-using actors!
Does Big Finish count? Miriam Margolyes (voice of the Meep) had a short bit in an "Eighth Doctor Adventure"
7:55 Depending on what her role is in the season 40 finale, Susan Twist may either gain a further 7 (or more) entries onto this list or disappear from it entirely…
Season 40? Is that number classic who + NuWho?
It is :)
You forgot Kevin Stoney (Mavic Chen in Dalek's Master Plan & Tobias Vaughn in The Invasion).
He was also in Revenge of the Cybermen!
And Edward Burnham (Professor Watkins in 'The Invasion' & Professor Kettlewell in 'Robot').
David Tennant also played a bunch of doctor who big finish characters before he was cast as the doctor
And a good 15 years before he starred in the Russian sub/Ice Warrior episode on TV David Warner played an Alternative timeline Doctor in an early Big Finish.
Tom Baker also played Meglos.
Not including doubles.
Have Not included clones (questions every sontaran put on there..)
3:24 Still doing the same pose

Except the maker has missed out at least three actors and David Tennant's Shalka cameo (if Torchwood is canon then so is the 2003 9th Doctor)
You forgot Sacha Dhawan who played the master and Waris Hussein in An Adventure in Space and Time
An adventure across space and time is about Doctor Who, but it isn’t really Doctor Who.
@@Reginald425it’s wider canon since the shows history technically exists in the Whoniverse
Spotted an error (which is easy to make with such a massive piece of editing!), Yasmin Bannerman's name appears twice, where on the second occasion it should read Mina Anwar.
17:01 Richard E Grant also voiced the shalka doctor, which should go here as its in the wider canon section anyway
And of course David Tennant has a minor role in Shalka as well.
Its funny that Romana controlled to look like Princess Astra after the regenaration
Alexander Armstrong also voiced Mr. Smith!
Stephen Thorne, I know his face was slightly obscures playing Omega but he took his Helmet off so we could see it in the mirror! Only it was missing so.... they tried!
Jessica Raine also played Verity Lambert in An Adventure In Space And Time
Dennis Chinnery appeared in (debatably) the best and worst stories of the classic series as Gharman and Sylvest. Holy whiplash.

I wonder would that brief moment in Father's day count
How we need the Pat Gromon video 😂
Great work!!!! Loved the soundtrack perfect viewing
Really enjoyed this but, one complaint-ish… the photos and names flicked through very quickly, I had to keep pausing so I could read everything 🇬🇧
2:23 he also played that live action superintendent in the Amazing World Of Gumball.
Imagine thats the explanation for doppelgangers. its not you, its just The Doctor's new face
Double Dalek connection Roy Skelton did Dalek voices ( as well as Captain Pugwash ) and Terry Nation the writer who is the inventor of the Daleks, wrote Blake's Seven, which starred Paul Darrow in its main cast.

Did I miss Dan Starky in here!?
Fab 🎉compilation! Thank you
1 error - Fiona walker clip is wrong for keys of marinus
Holy shit I never realized Jago was kinda in New Who.
Mark Gatiss would would be a perfect choice for either the Doctor or show runner
Thos video is extremely interesting, well done!
A job wth the BBC is a job for life!
Or at least until it goes bankrupt when people realise it's perfectly safe to not pay the TV licence.

John Gleeson (Thal Soldier and Charles Winlett)

7:56 hahahaha. Updating. Wow this season has been wild
Richard E Grant also played the Shalka doctor in Scream of the shalka
Scream of the Shalka.
Loved that story! 👍🏻
9:53 *Peter Jeffrey
Also Matt Lucas. Nardole and The Second Doctor (The (Doctor) Who)
Reminds me of how Kelson Henderson has a role in about half of all Power Rangers seasons.
Awesome vid
I know you said "no people in suits" but I feel like David Banks should count because he plays 4 very different Cybermen
Craige Els is also missing... Three parts across 2021-2022.
Richard E Grant was also in Scream of the Shalka.
2:44 Thank you for loving her
Am I blind or did you miss Edward Brayshaw?
Does Peter Davison as Omega in Arc Of Infinity count?
Michael wisher also voiced some of the daleks
Isn't Ronald Allen also the valeyard?
That was Michael Jayston.
@@hestushenchman ah of course, thank you :) they look very similar
You forgot Nicholas briggs, who was the voice of the daleks, cybermen, and many more.
