wonderful treking . best video. keep one thing in mind..that when you are treking on high altitude you need to keep onion , garlic, or ginger , on high altitude oxygen is the least..to keep your self good breath take a few bites of onion or garlic, ginger,,,doing this your breath will be comfortable..good luck..good work..keep it up
