What you will be needing
3 tablespoons avocado oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breast cut horizontally giving you 4 chicken steaks
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup finely diced shallots
1 packed tablespoon finely minced garlic
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter

Hi Donna! Thanks so much for this recipe, I can hardly wait to try it! I'm a huge fan of Chicken Piccata and your recipe looks absolutely delish!! I'd like to ask you what kind of skillet you were using in making this dish. I have 2 Cuisinart stainless skillets, an iron skillet, and a Le Creuset. None of them seem to be non-stick as well as yours! Please share also if it was a 10" or a 12" as sometimes my perspective is deceived by this laptop screen!
