I just got the updated version of this kit for my car. The parts are very high quality and the sound is really good, I definitely recommend upgrading your headunit though so it will give you more control on the sound settings
Got one thrown in my new xB and have not regretted it one bit. Super clean system that still provides plenty of low end for those bass lovers out there. I generally listen to music that mainly focuses on low end and sub-bass and these always due the tracks justice. Gotta love the clean oem look to. Big up!
Absolutely! The Reference 500CF is still available for purchasing and installation - We are in the process of updating this video with the production components (Pre-production parts in the current video).
@itsmeshawman We have yet to release pricing for the system 500 for the Scion xB, but would appreciate a continued dialogue with you as well as the chance for you to hear the system in person at an upcoming event!! Please go to our Facebook page - search Facebook for OEM Audio + for upcoming events and more information regarding what goes in the OEM Audio Plus system.
I was looking for this kit on your site and I don't see the xB anywhere. Im really interested in the underseat subwoofer setup. I wanna do all aftermarket components, specifically Alpine Type-R but there aren't many subwoofer box kits.
Denzel-Avery Brown Under the seat setup discontinued :( However innovation occurred and we reinvented our xB setup: Reference 400CF: bit.ly/xB-Ref400CF
@itsmeshawman Official pricing for the Reference 500CF has been released. 8 Speakers + 2 Vehicle specific Subs retailing at $1,599 through authorized SCION dealerships - More information: oemaudioplus. com/scion
The Reference 500CF / MSRP $1,599 8 Speakers + 2 Subs + 3 Amps + 1 Quick-Sync Harness Please note the components pictured in this installation video are Pre-Production. Visit the product link found in the video description for an up-to-date glimpse of this kit.
How much would this installation cost and also, will I still be able to install it with a 2014 fully loaded scion xb? It has Navi system, and the premium speaker system but it is not that good
RezZ_Rishi_DGK the Reference 500CF for the Scion xB absolutely will fit in your fully loaded 2014. We currently offer the C3 (Full Upgrade apart from the subs). We are in the process of gauging the interest of activating a KickStarter to resurrect the Under the seat subwoofer option! With the proper amount of participants this option will be available in the coming months. Interested?
1500$ lol I spent half of that on my system and it does 148db at 24hz (low end monster) it can even do 140db at 17hz and mids and highs so clean I have people follow me in town and at stop lights and me what I'm running and if I can pull over and give them a demo and all of that for well under 1k
Why would you go through all that trouble to remove the garbage factory system just to put upgraded garbage in it's place?? I work in the industry and even the "upgraded" OEM replacements have poor audio quality and minimal power. For the cost of this system you could replace your factory audio system (all of it) with a decent head unit, a step above entry level speakers, and an above entry level subwoofer and amplifier- giving you what I have, which is a toaster that is heard from roughly three city blocks away..... Not to be a buzz kill or bash this product just because I can, but really truly I would be sorely disappointed with a faux BMW audio system in a vehicle that has the potential for so much more.
Hi Matt, thanks for your feedback. Have you had the chance to experience our sound solution in person? Don't let the name "OEM" mislead you. All O+ components are built to OEM specification and certification (original equipment manufacture). This ensures the highest standards of reliability (10 year / 100,000 mile tested) necessary to meet both our and Toyota's standards. We respect that your setup is loud. We prioritize sound quality. All our components are designed from the ground up with each other in mind. This truly allows us to maximize performance. Rather than making a speaker that has to work with any amplifier and visa-versa, we produce close-loop sound solutions made for each other. This results in seamless, full-range, detailed sound reproduction of instruments and voices without localizing the speakers. a trait commonly associated with fine high-end home audio speakers. Reach out if there is anything we can do to serve you. Cheers!!

how many watt rms is the sub woofer pushing?
Phoenix Gold QX500.1d, 500 watts rms running a Rockford Fosgate P3D410 @ 2 ohms, in a 1.4 cubic foot ported enclosure tuned to 40Hz
I guess I'm 14 years too late.
Great idea but it's $1,500
Which is better putting a sub woofer under the seat or all the way in the back where there a tire under?
