Thank you! I wish I had seen this prior to my diagnosis, biopsy, and subsequent lumpectomy. I am an American teaching in Egypt. I discovered a lump (even though my lifestyle was pretty healthy). Had an ultrasound, mammogram (botched results), appointment with "best" cancer surgeon resulted in biopsy at the end of my initial appointment. I had the presence of mind to ask if there was a chance for "cancer spillage" but was told that techniques had dramatically improved and my fear was unfounded. It never even dawned on me that an oncologist would misrepresent truth.
