Might be a novice question. But did you stay at the facility during your entire lengthening phase? If not, did you do the Physio at home? Also, how long did it take since your journey to start walking without assistance and living a normal life? I want to go for 8cm on my femur next year but can’t be away from my business for more than 3 months (while working virtually).
There's a lot of detailed questions you are asking. Let's start off one at a time. To introduce myself, watch: Introduction for 2023 by Height Journey - How to Grow Taller: Leg Lengthening Surgery ua-cam.com/video/Xd0O29-QbXY/v-deo.html Then subscribe to my UA-cam channel, if you haven't done so yet. Pressing the like (thumb up) button for each video also helps out the channel. Then watch through my UA-cam videos. The Introduction video has a general timeline of my surgeries. Limb lengthening surgery is a very large and complex field, so it can easily take weeks or months to get familiar with LL surgery and the recovery process. I also have a website along with this UA-cam channel to help assist with concerns about leg lengthening surgery. www.heightjourney.com/services/
Sorry for the late reply. In the distraction phase, focus on physical therapy, eating well, and sleeping well. Look through my UA-cam channel videos (and subscribe if you haven't done so yet. This Resources page has links to helpful videos for LL patients. heightjourney.com/resources/

Fantastic! Congratulations. I just started my journey by doing femurs first. First surgery was Dec 13th. Any tips for the distraction phase?
