Physical therapy progress for a leg lengthening or limb lengthening patient using the Precice 2.2 nails in the tibias. It's been 7.5 months since my final rod removal surgery on the tibias and I am on track for a full physical and athletic recovery.
I have reached a normal running speed of 6.0 mph for 0.25 miles. I am doing more upper and mid-body workouts for a total body workout and I am seeing a personal trainer at my gym for faster recovery of my athletic abilities.
From Height Journey, who had his femurs lengthened in March 2021 and tibial lengthening surgery and torsion correction in July 2022. Both were done with the Precice 2.2 internal nails. My final tibia rod removal surgery was on March 21, 2024.
