i had an infinite run. i had big guys made the enemy deal less damage for each hit they did. and i had nests and the colldown guy and then ninja scroll to make them get more hits. and well each round the enemy did 0 dmg and i got shield and deals 100k dmg each round because i lowered their CD to 1 or 0 each round. so yeah after 6 hours i got tired and killed it. didn't want to close the game down incase i don't get the prestige points.
No that wasn't infinite in the slightest. I think wave 50 or wave 60 is when enemies get into hundreds of millions of health and 100k of dmg. You'd have died with 100k dmg.
I had a true infinite, with the potions and the guy that removes 1% hp

If you had true infinite did you take any unit generators in that run? Cause if you do then it’s not true infinite. I had a run where I did more than trillions even quadrillions of damage but I lost because I over generated units and my inventory eventually wouldn’t give me the units I had that would guarantee my win since your inventory gives you units at random when you have too many. So unless you went that far without unit generator it’s not infinite also if you did without unit generator I’m curious what build did you go for to accompany your apothecary’s?

I had a run where I fusion capsuled a flag with a spear and a wolf or hound. Afterwards said flag started to deal 1B worth of damage. I'm fairly confident it's the result of flag+spear combo. Might need aminism relic too. I've been able to get into trillions of damage, making it to lvl 85.
I’ve been to round 225. What kills you is not your inability to do damage but rather the unit generators you picked earlier in the run to help you make it that far. If you truly want to go infinite you have to severely nerd yourself at the start and not take unit generation. Which is very hard to do. I almost had a successful run doing just this do by using Casino. And I also learned a new trick or two by reading some of these comments I will try out
The enchantment smith is the best source of armor. It's an EXTREMELY powerful mechanic because as enchanted units fuse to level up their enchantments combine. And the enchantment you see with the smith is only the tier one effect. That applies to level 1 units as they fuse the effect also grows in level. This is also why enchantments on higher level units are more expensive because they will gain the higher level effect. This can stack into silly armor and money gains just for your units existing.

I got round 170 with ninja and alchemy, it gets crazy when you start to get the fusion pills that fuse the max units into eachother

16:13 you should have taken the cursed shield it combos with the passive you just got 15:35 cuz it makes you lose life every activation so you pieces get +5% crit per for that fight longer battles this can go crazy 😂😅

encanting your units is more op than you think, I got attacking flags and spears and whatnot from it + i had up to over 500 shield because of it too, but then i died because of bad rng

If you want to go really deep, you need to get a high dps team and roll the Attack in Defense artifact that gives you .02% of your attack as shield. I'm on stage 46 right now and steam rolling with my ninja comp. Also, upgrade the number of grid slots after runs.
Just ended on round 55. 😢
I like the spawner build with messengers and nests though you need some grid upgrades to make it work reliably.
Also you neglect the healing soldier. You heal based on its level just for it hanging out every few turns.
And do another run with the treasure hunters, this time the goal is to get the key and spend every penny you can amass on upgrading it at the blacksmith asap.

each merge gives you 5 gold also so the money you saw was 4 from the skill and 5 from a merge.
14:09 there's 6 extra attack beyond the soldiers, also the non-guard armor damage unit does not count

I'm not sure if combining units with items (guard, shield ninja, spearmen, etc) is realy good, you gain room by putting your items on units BUT on the other hand you end up with 2 different kind of units that doesn't merge together.

They aren't that great without mulithit though.
And the relic that gives you 10% damage dealt as armor changes the game
"healing is the most important thing" at the boss fight. never took a healer on the way there.

Oh and idk if you figured it out, but the "8 Gold for pieces eliminated" counts towards your Airdrop,Summoning Order, the broken shield, the broken sword, because they get eliminated etc.
This game looks to be extremely difficult you still have no won yet.
