Any thing that can be put on armor or weapons is a gem so that includes the corrupted Cristal and Tim.
Anything that can go in a socket is good to go 👍
If it can enter a “gem socket” it’s a gem, no arguments
Valid for Corrupted Crystals! The intent of the build is weapon-less, which is the same vibes from gems-only. Same with potion explosion and helmets!
i think you would have gotten more value from putting the flawless ruby on the cap over the emerald, cos you would have gained maybe a few extra regen stacks, but with the ruby each regen stack would heal 25% more which is equivalent to having 25% more regen stacks

Just to optimize a bit: It is bad to combine gems early on. You actually nerf yourself, since gems only gain minor buffs by combining just one. It is allways better to have two lower tier ones than one higher tier one. Only combine if you run out of room in mid/lategame or if you start doing the whole bird thingy.

Tim and Corrupted Crystals are labeled as Gemstone in the game. Truly the greatest gems of all time.

27:30 That build stacks spikes infinitly which buffs the bloodthorn blade damage. It also gives luck that brings crit chance and mana for book. Lamps triggers every 2 sec. It's really good
sadly it was a hungry blade so it got no damage bonus from the spikes

Just imagine playing this game. Then you see a random "sifd" and he oly has gems, piggies & potions. And then you loose the fight anyway. :'D

Cool build, but you need to pay more attention to space management. Going with 8 empty slots equals 8 gold doing nothing on that turn, thus u just lose tempo.
Really would like to see you build something that uses pineapples. Just to see how good/bad the item is in general.

When rerolling you can remove the box of riches from your backpack and put it back in when the round starts
For gem only it doesn't really make sense combining the gems since the upgraded version is worse than its parts before were
it only makes sense if you replace every gem with a better version.
@@sdal_yt if you have 2 level 1 blue gems, you give 2 frost every 11 seconds. If you let them combine you get 1 frost every 9 seconds which is less overall

I know you're just messing around but this is actually pretty close to a legitimate meta build, you see a lot of tanky mr struggles builds in diamond.

tbh if you can afford the space the lower quality gems*(n) have higher yield then the equivalent higher quality gems.
combining the gems is usually a efficiency loss if space is not a factor.
i.e. only combine gems if you would not have enough space to fit all.
but the entire point is mute since the reroll rework so whatever, just chipping in my two gems
The corrupted crystals are valid, if we were that nit-picky, then we would also say healing, snuggles, and torquillas are also invalid.

The amount of people that use corrupted crystals on weapons and armor is crazy, I’m in diamond and still see this. I think people need to know how good it is in backpack space. It’s not even that overpowered because all builds can use them, but people just don’t.
It's funny, the devs even slightly nerfed them in inventory specifically and buffed them in armor... and I still see people talking about how good they are in inventory!
I'm beginning to wonder if they're going to make more significant changes to make its other uses more appealing...
@@WhirlyBeepBoops They're really not that bad in armor now. It's not game breaking, but for heavy debuff builds it's rather decent. Only for debuff builds tho.

I beat rainbow goobert with this build. With the flawless emerald, all of your applied poison is converted to healing. I was getting 40+ healing.

Replay fight (rather than only having the combat log)
Endless mode (still limited by x number of losses)
Sifd, I think that's a bug actually, the customer card should increase the rarity of the gems but doesn't! we should report it to the devs

In the last round, it seems like you don’t understand how djinn lamp works.
How do you come to that conclusion? Djinn lamps are nice to have either way, particularly on sale, but they only do trigger with enough armor generation which the last build has none of.
@@MrF00tie maybe I don’t understand it then, because I thought the djinn lamp would prioritize generating the thing you have the least of, so that if you don’t have any other way of getting spikes or armor or whatever, it will generate them for you.
If you have the space to place two gems i feel like it is not worth it to combine gems.

Don’t call it an only gems build if you’re using other items than gems.
i mean other items are ok. Like shild/helm or something. But the corrupted crystals is that what i dont like here. I mean its more like a fatigue built and not a gem win.
Gems only would probably not get past 4-5 wins, so might aswell add some support items to get the win.
@@AndreyUrman i have nothing again some items like i say. But i win with only gems. Ok + bird and Shild items. But nothing else for attack. like here the corrupted crystals. Also it is possible but with luck because of the enemys. I will not tlk about bd about that video. It was a good one.
When when he wins because of the fatigue and the crystals why dan not use the falcon blade to make the gems faster and call it "suport item". XD (only a joke)

@@KattmanX Yes in some way. But with gems i understand it more "gems that give the chest". The crystal is in theorie of course a gem but a little different in my eyes. And when you see it this way the "puppet" is more like a weapon as a "support item".
