@ possibly. People be crazy these days. doubt that’s much of factor though. The stereotype stuff was toned down in the Wii version. It was more fun and playful rather than offensive. If Nintendo was afraid of backlash they wouldn’t have released the NES and SNES versions on their emulation service.
