As you said Abbie you just enjoy the cordial. Of course 'joy' is the best antidote to depression. Good food, natural food and wild food certainly does have a lot of good properties. I tried making Elderflower Cordial once but I gave up because every flowerhead was infested with tiny insects no matter which tree I picked it from, but now you have encouraged me to give it another go next year, thanks.
Just made a batch for the first time,it's been in the pot for 24 hrs ,will leave it a bit longer,do you add Camden tablets in yours I haven't in mine,but seen some recipes with Camden tablets ,thank you for the video,it looks awesome
I intend to make some more next week with fresh thyme added ,we have so much blossoms at the moment,I will freeze some too in small plastic bottle ,how long does yours last??
