  • Today we are showing you how to make elderflower cordial with my elderflower cordial recipe. There are loads of elderflower cordial recipes on the internet but this is the one we use for really sweet tasting, long lasting elderflower cordial.

      Awesome - they are pretty quick growing once established.

    I have a elderflower tree growing my garden, I made elderflower champagne , I'm also going to make the cordial ,thank for the recipes and thanks for the videos

    Looks good I'll have to try this. My mom has made elder berry syrup and jelly but usually the birds eat the berries before they ripen completely

    Carl, I made Elderflower Cordial but it didnt set in the freezer what went wrong?

      What do you mean by set?
      It often won’t actually freeze hard as the sugar content is quite high, but this isn’t anything to worry about!
      The freezer temperature is still low enough to prevent bacteria breeding.

      Hi Carl thank you for reply, I thought that may be the case. I boiled it up again and added some more water. I didnt want to waste any so I made up some ice cubes. They are now setting nicely xx i will add them to a glass and add soda water etc to them so it tastes of elderflower x
