How to make zipper wallet mold / DIY mold / Leather craft

  • Hello guys~
    I made a video about how to make a mold.
    This mold is very useful when you make a zipper wallet.
    I was asked what's the thing when I make zipper wallet, so I intend to answer that question with this video~ ^^
    And also, I briefly explained how to attach a zipper to the leather.
    I thought that that is the trickest part when we make a zipper wallet.
    Anyway, Enjoy the video~

    nice video. how wide is your zipper in total? is it 30mm? how wide is your mold then?

    Thanks for this - another alternative is I a 3d printer to make moulds for wet forming phone cases the plastic is of course waterproof & you also get to keep using the phone while it's drying

      Thanks for your opinion~! yes that sounds very nice. We don't have to take our time too much, and I believe we can get more smooth and accurate mold from 3d printer.
      Very fancy. ^^

      @@kkomedacolour I like your method - its quick - a 3D Printed Mould takes a couple of hours to print but if you are going to make several items related in size its worth the wait & as i said I don't have to wrap the phone in plastic & wait for it to dry - thanks for your channel I've learn't alot of other things from it
