"Propeller aircraft" is powered by jets, my OCD is killing me xD
Brilliant! although it's a shame that the props aren't powerful enough to completely remove jet engines.
I like the jets, it makes controlling your aircraft much easier and leaves behind a very satisfying smoke trail.

Makes sense, KSP has a rotation limit built into the physics engine of about 470 RPM. So all you can do to increase performance is add more torque and more/longer blades, but this becomes practically and aesthetically prohibitive.

I think the limit is built into the game engine. So specialised props couldn't be actual spinning parts, just parts that look like they are spinning and produced thrust accordingly.

Lol awesome! One detail I need to blab: the Mustang had either a single-stage or a two-stage supercharger. Few aircraft had turbochargers because of the heart generated (sort of).

How did you shoot the other plane? How did you make the missiles? (I subscribed).
All my craft have stock missiles. I've posted the craft files to Steam you can download and check them out. BTW hitting that other plane was just a lucky shot.

I was working on them in anticipation of the new DLC. Once it dropped I just plugged it in.
That other plane looks a little like an XP55 without the rear propeller

У тебя неправильно расположены лопасти пропеллера на самолете )))) они должны находится в плоскости перпендикулярной продольной оси самолета ))))
Они так установлены чтобы вращаться при сопротивлении воздуха. Как видите, пропеллер не даёт тяги, я это понял когда загрузил крафт и испытал его.

And this ladies and gentleman is how KSP 2 evolved to be a super duper unrealistic in every aspect space game shooter..there are other games for making things to shoot stuff.. this is a space game/sim ffs that actually has some decent realism to it and can teach someone a lot about space. Mods and shit like this completely fucking ruin it - reminds me when BeamNG was a tech demo and a few racing game/sim devs wanted the tech - but then it became popular literally by the effects of crashing and now all you see is "trying to survive" videos and it's just people who don't take fuck all seriously and just show you a compilation of wrecks.... ruined game.
The fact that TAKE 2 have purchased KSP - literally since those fuck faces owned it a lot of the best mods have dropped, all this DLC crap is just crap and were covered by BETTER mods any way...and the price for the DLC... it's priced like a brand new game for fuck sake at £47 - those of you who played KSP from the beginning know it can be a very glitchy and buggy game - not to mention the stock graphics are just simply shit and disgusting - very few parts on the stock game too even with the DLC. Basically, for £47 it's an absolute con and rip-off - PC players should just get the stock game and install 5 mods and completely transform the game to an actual sim. Don't be paying £12 for utter shit which all these KSP DLC's are!!
