You got to be fast. When they say their sale is starting at 9pm so whatever item you want put it in checkout and when it hits 9pm all you have to do is pay so that you get it first.

I purchased leather shorts on-line recently, they didn't fit do I returned them and ordered a better fitting size. I've just received notice they won't refund because the tags were cut off. The tags were absolutely not cut off but they say the decision was made at the warehouse. This is wrong and deceptive. Buyer beware!
I heard that if we return zara items through Zara app, the zara app changes our bank account details automatically and we will not get our refund .So, we need to return through chrome browser. Is it true???

There are no charges if you buy items worth more than 2990 and keep it. They charge 290 shipping fee if your order value is less than that or you return the items.

I never understood the hype around Zara. I found better clothes at only or veromoda, Mango or even Marks& Spencer
The quality of zara is not that good these days but some of the pieces are worth buying.

You must connect with them and send them pictures if required. Zara has a very good return policy. I have been buying them for decades.
