- Taking a flight on @LOTairlines B787-9 flight from Warsaw to Chicago (and a LHR-WAW connecting flight). The 787 might feature the airline's best Business Class product, but after spending £1800 return, how does this lower-cost lesser-known product stack up on this flight review?
Considering LOT Business Class often comes up cheaper than its European counterparts, was i going to experience a basic product or could it beat my expectations. While the seat has its shortcomings, its still comfortable, but what about the food, service and amenities?

IMHO LOT is underrated. I’ve flown them regionally and across the Atlantic and have always enjoyed the experience. While the meals may not be to everyone’s likely, I find them well prepared and representative of Polish cuisine. Another great review 👍👍

This is what you called hospitality ! Maybe the product is not so good but the crew make you feel like you are in five star Arline ! I also enjoying Lot crew on my flight
Exactly. I'd pick an older seat and a great crew over a fancy seat and bad crew. Both have to work in harmony to create an excellent customer experience.

When flying Business Class I pay for privacy, comfort and a 1-2-1 configuration!
No service can make up for a crappy Business Class cabin and/or seat!
I love the attention to detail in the meal service. I always think that sets a carrier apart from the competition. Thank you for filming this!

Flew them this last summer and thought the service was excellent compared to other star carriers, genuinely welcoming and well intentioned. Fantastic vlog as always !!

Quite a lot of people say that LOT is outdated wich the seat is. But the experience is not.
Other airlines might have a better seat. Buts it’s the crew that counts.
Evrytime I have have flown LOT in economy and business it’s been amazing.

LOT Polish Airlines has onboard service. Most passengers are pleasantly surprised. Great aircraft from Boeing 787s, 737s and Embraers.
That’s a good report. I was surprised by the product. The competitive fares definitely make it an option to consider.
Thank you for opening my eyes to the LOT product; I know now that - if somewhat dated (which I don't mind) - I would really enjoy the experience.
By the way, I like the idea of dimming the windows for the flight safety presentation. It encourages passengers to pay attention!
It's a fun way of making people watch it for sure. And yes, i don't mind a dated product as long as it's comfortable, and glad it's opened your eyes, i was surprised as well when i flew them! Happy i can share my experience.

I read that LOT will offer a brand new business class seat in the next few years. Hopefully, it can compete with other European airlines.

Fabulous flight trip review.LOT looks a decent airline with great service but their interior looks a bit outdated.The new one will make a difference for sure.

That kind of business class seat may've been fine when the 787 first came out. But it's time for an improvement. Though I'd chose this over LH's current offering or BA's previous business class seat or what UA has on some of their 777s .

Sure, the hard product wide body featured here is dated, but how is that any different from the vast number of Lufthansa business 2-2-2 craft configurations 😢

Neither am I but they are part of traditional polish cuisine, which is probably why they are in the menu

LOT Business Class is Business Class by Poland.
It is a service for £1800, Warsaw to Chicago.
Then, from Poland to the USA, 95% are people who cannot spend €5,000
They carry food in the hold, in bags.
dude, a quick question …. assuming you were flying out of US, how was preTSA (when going via security at that US airport)working for you?

Flew Premium Economy and it was good but Economy is real bad...the food really went downhill from years ago.

just one more Airline Blogger .... Flying is not about Food and Service, it’s about Security and arriving Safe at your destination and on Time. I Cross the Atlántic 3 times a month for business in business class since 2008 and my main concern is safety and punctuality . For good service , charter your private jet !
If it's only about security, safety and punctuality then why don't you fly coach?
THE cabin looks like a dated leisure carrier. But your dressed as though you expected to be flying a leisure carrier.

As a retired Flight Attendant, I would never take advice from a person that wears shorts to do a review I n business or any class flying over the ocean. I mean really! get sone class if your going to fly, fly appropriately..
