Try setting uppers to 15 and sides to 3 much more responsive with your screen

Did you solve the synching problem? I cant figure it out with my tv either to synch with the screen.

Yes there's a switch on the side of the box you plug in. Had no idea about it and that it needed to be switched. Once you switch it it'll work as intended

Nice product, but I suspect these guys must be a lawsuit away until Philip's chokehold on the patent ends in another 4-5 years.
