There’s one thing I love about these cooking videos. Not just Nancy’s amazing recipes and how good they look but how Hollis always serves his wife first. I find that so respectful. Keep coming with the yummy recipes Nancy.
You two are a national treasure. I love watching you garden and cook and interact with US and each other. God bless you. You lift our hearts and teach us what our grandparents didn't even know (being city folks).
Really missing your videos on a weekly basis, but love seeing that ya'll are doing ok when you do post a video. God Bless ya'll and continue to enjoy your lives.
During what time of year was this filmed Hollis ???, I noticed Nancy had a light jacket on………. and I have grown Longhorn hybrid chiles many years now and use them alot, great peppers to freeze as well……….you and Nancy are very blessed with your homestead and I know you both work hard to maintain it………
This is such a beautiful video of natural food from harvest to table. Nancy I adore your artful recipes and tender care❤ Thank you for sharing, will definitely save this one!❤
I've never had homegrown, fresh-dug potatoes! And they're Blue! So wonderfully prepared by Nancy, as always! My goodness that dish looks so delicious. Thanks for showing us how!
From the bucket, to the pan, pot, salad, to the table,,,,,,,,, nothing finer. We usually grow about 10-12, 3gal buckets and have fresh all summer long. Dump as needed. By then the mid to late seasons are ready. First time we did this it was dump, wash, boil and on the plate fork tender. Golf ball sized. No butter, salt, pepper. Better than anything the best chef on earth could prepare. And you get to taste what a potato really tastes like. TYFS Nancy and Hollis.
@@marktoldgardengnome4110 So far I've made 3 of those 5 gallon bucket grow tables that Hollis showed us how to make. One of the things I want to try in the buckets is potatoes. Can't wait! And you grow 10-12 buckets, wow!
I’ve grown those blue potatoes in the spring and again for fall. I’m waiting for the tops to die off but the plants are still putting on blossoms so I have to wait and wait and wait until the stalks finally die. I’m anxious.
It’s been a while since I last watched your channel, but the place looks amazing and I enjoyed watching the process of preparing this beautiful meal. I’m so glad you’re still posting videos. May God continue to bless you both and little Bing-Bing 🙏🏾😃! 🦋🌻🌵
Hi Hollis and Nancy. I don’t think I’m familiar with the blue potatoes. Did the harvest meet your expectations as far as quantity of potatoes? What kind of taste? Good to see all of you.
@@HollisNancysHomestead hugs to bing bing. Hollis looked very tired in this video. Tell him to pace himself and take some rest time. He is no good to anybody if he is run down.
Nancy get yourself the dash mandolin, its so much safer and you don't touch the blade and much faster. that dish looks awesome does hollis have it as a treat because of his diabetes, I know we really shouldn't have potatoes.
Wow ur farm looks so neat beautiful everything looks wonderful ❤ how can I get purples potatoes?? God bless both of u 🙏🏼👍✝️💝 I bet u guys has been working hard on this farm to keep it this beautiful

It’s a bummer I see a lot of channels do this when they become more popular/number of subscribers, they put out less Contant
Another awesome recipe from paradise. Thank you Nancy and Hollis.
Our pleasure!

Mmmmmmm
I like your property because you are in what looks like an enclosed area. No one can see what you are doing
Just a comment.
I haven’t watched the channel in awhile I am sure glad you still have your furry friend Mr. Bing Bing still with you guys. 😊😊😊
