Dont have 5 to 6 lt. Water.. just dont..Each and every one's body is different.. so their diet would be different too. You can follow a healthy lifestyle.. just don't copy paste anyones diet.. and if you do calorie deficit diet suddenly you can feel dizziness..just dont do crash diet.. don't follow the same routine as saima.. and I am a Dietitian.

Wow I can’t even imagine getting up and straight going to the washroom and then having breakfast… my morning routine is so busy I get up feed the baby then go to washroom then clean her bottles make breakfast for husband etc then brush then bath the baby then feed her again. Then put her to bed then I get to eAt around 12pm everyday… your routine is a dream for most moms who don’t have any help at home and have to do everything on their own …

Hi saima…just curious Where are your protein intake and how much proteins you are taking for weight loss. Ps: I’m also a new mom trying to reduce my weight and my dietician has included protein in every meal and you can’t exceed water intake more than 3 litres as per your weight threshold 😊❤
