Really enjoyed this his vid! But Holy crap what a terrible tow truck driver! How did he let himself drag the exhaust on the ground. Pete to the rescue!! 968CS was super cool! That Martini RSR was phenomenal.that 996Turbo was sweet! Absolutely loved the Rothmans Livery on the Boxster! Wow that 356 spin code brown moment! Thanks for bringing us along with you!
All the other RWB Porsche’s that have been made must of some time had the same problem as yours. Especially since that have bigger tyres and kits fitter. Still looks good Scott.👍👍
Yep, I think its either maybe cooling and potentially my thermostat or I've also had people suggest my fuel system, further investigation is required 👍
Great video Scott - did you end up getting some tyre pressure sensors and if so what did you go with? Had a similar issue on my 991.1 C4S recently and am thinking of doing the same.
@@gregdalton8295 thanks, I did get some but they never worked correctly, now I just carry a spare tyre. I should really try and find some that work for the next big drive.
How did you find the large rear wing on the track? I can imagine that, without a wind tunnel, setting the angle correctly to avoid it being an airbrake might take some adjustment?
The car was very stable, just not sure if this was the suspension or if the wing had anything to do with it. So many changes on the car, it’s hard to pin it down to one thing. First big drive so I need to do more investigating.
Hi, your probably not gonna want to hear this but the oversized wheels are probably not the only cause of your overheating issues. The oversized body kit and the extra work the engine has to do to push that extra size through the air is most likely as much of a cause. Added to that there is the massive wing! That does more to act as a parachute! The poor little flat six is working its little heart out trying to push that lot through the air, not to mention the extra weight added to the car with the body kit and wheels. If you take everything back off the car it probably go faster, handle better and not overheat. Sorry to have to be the one to tell you this mate but the pretty turquoise dress is ruining your car.
I make a regular occurring mistake in this video, can you spot it?
Calling it the Air Force as opposed Air Water?
@@MrCarrera28 exactly, no idea what I was thinking, a complete head fade
@@OutlawGarage 🤣😆🤣
10:00 the 993 is Amaranth Violet. It’s very similar to UV, but was a factory colour for the first year or two of the 993. 😊
Thanks, I had no idea that was a 993 factory colour, thank you 👍
Great colour 🔥
The 356 spin was the highlight of the track day.
Brendan can really peddle

Thanks, glad you enjoyed the video, we had a blast!
That was awesome Scott!
Thanks, sorry you couldn't make it

Is your number plate in front of the oil cooler? if so this might be the issue on a track where its working harder maybe ok for the street.
No I don't have a centre mount cooler, I think I do need to confirm my thermostat works though on the next drive

I actually think it’s the thermostat or cooler issue. The pretty dress is staying 🤣👍
