Great stuff. The weather held up as well. On whisky I am very far from a connoisseur but I do like the odd dram from time to time. Just on Glen Fiddich I really like their single malt (the one you can get in the supermarket) but I have invited derision from whisky connoisseurs who see it as overly commercial. A bit of snobbery I think😜
We got (surprisingly) lucky with the weather. Yea, I think there is some snobbery when it comes to Whisky😀 Iain's favourite was also the Glenfiddich miniature. :)
I love malt whiskey and am definately not a snob, but Glenfiddich is terrible whisky. Maybe that is why they don't give free samples. Glenfarclas is excellent, I also love Caol Ila, Pulteney, Glenlivet and Laphroaig, especially the cask version. Generally the stronger the whisky the better it tastes. Some whisky snobs will tell you never to add water but a dash of water will make the whisky much less harsh and release the flavours so give it a try. Good luck with your channel.

Quote of the day:”who cares, we’re here for the whisky, right?” Excellent work.🐝
Haha should make that a feature of future videos - "quote of the day". Thank you😊
Scotland has some great whisky distilleries 👍
Yeah definitely, the Spey Valley has so many famous distilleries, and some not so well known ones. Far too many to visit in one day though!😊

Thank you very much for your helpful comment! 😊
Just shows that not all whisky connoisseurs are snobs.😊
Will need to try the whiskies you mentioned!
