I'm from West London and went to the Harlow site CM20. (36 miles from me roughly 1hr 30min) The only good thing was the ride although, it was mainly motorway.. The visit was a waste of time. Nothing in stock and everything is "ORDER ONLINE" or had to be ordered in to store to try it on. Soo after all that I had to guess my size go home and order online. Honestly in my opinion there's no point in them having a physical store. Also thier website isn't up to date as it says items are in stock when they're not.
I went there a few times. Great little store. I will never go back though. All the staff are friendly and helpful apart from one guy who always seems to be at the till. He's so rude and up his own bottom. I hate rude people - no need for it. I think he has the black Harley. Hopefully they'll sack him.
I think I bumped into him once… Was trying to park the bike in front and he came out and rudely said “oh…you know there’s a whole car park over there” I let it slide though as the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. I am seeing a trend though in the comments that do edge towards people not really liking the shop. Maybe I’ve just been lucky…
I went there about a week after they opened looking for a small tank bag I could use a a lunch bag for work, they didn't have any in but promised to get some in for the following week end which they did and when I saw the bags I thought nothing special ased the prices and none were under 85 quid I had to ask why is a woven plastic bag so expensive was it made by prada or gucci. I never will go back, I have since found bags at reasonable cost from other outlets
I'm in High Wycombe and yes the roads to MK are good but last time I went to that store it looked like a bit of a jumble sale. Maybe I just picked a bad day? Prefer the Reading one myself but the ride there is nowhere as good.
I've only ever been to this one so can't compare... However I would avoid riding to reading anyway... My experiences are so far good with the Milton Keynes one but I guess we avn all be unlucky sometimes.
I am now convinced that regular users of this store don't service there own bikes and are not likely to make stuff and make it fit. When I started riding bikes everyone fixed stuff and made stuff for there bikes but then there wasn't the option to go to the store and buy a widgemefangle you had to make it for yourself

Might just be how the shop is managed as I've had the opposite experience at the Milton Keynes one.. Or maybe I've just been lucky.
The new Glasgow store is the same absolutely rubbish, order online better in Jand S store old stock
There is definitely a bug going about!! I normally got to the sports bike shop In Reading! Nice video 👍

@@TheBlibo it’s a clothing/helmet shop…
Well now I know that I know they are no use to me
Stay safe keep it rubber side down
3rd year is when everything breaks? Don't mention year 1 and 2 then, Trigger's broom :D
Things are allowed to break under warranty... Gives that tight ar*e Phiilip something to brag about!

Pointless store
I’ve only had good experiences but seen quite a few negative comments… I guess it all comes down to what the customer is after.
