- 1 cup oatmeal and 3 apples.I haven't eaten sugar for a year! No sugar,no flour!
Ingredients and Procedure:
1 cup (100 g) rolled oats.
3 medium apples.
1/2 cup (120 ml) water.
1 banana.
Rinse 3.5 oz (100 g) dried cranberries in hot water.
Rinse 3.5 ounces (100 g) raisins in hot water.
2 eggs.
1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, optional.
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
1/2 cup (50 g) Almonds or favorite nuts.
Bake in preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 35-40 minutes.
Serve with Greek yogurt and your favorite berries if desired.
