As a Miata "expert" I consider that this is Phoenix edition. You can clearly see that by the seats, matching the door panels and the partly steering wheel. The central console is aluminium look. No other edition got those features. The body kit is a tuning, also the wheels.

I think that is what they called them in Europe. They were simply the 2002 Special Edition in the States.
