Given his age, being in a country like the USA, where Malayalam is rarely heard, his diction is amazing. Note how he changes his American accent to the pure Kerala accent when he sings Malayalam song. It goes to his credit that he has understood the essence of ragas and has gone through a lot of efforts to master it. I think he will make a mark once he takes to professional singing after he completes his studies. Looking forward to Navneet with a lot of hope and expectations. God bless this talented kid.
Hats off to this young boy who is a gem among this generation of musicians. His deep knowledge in Hindusthani and Carnatic music and his ability to demonstrate it through raga based film songs need to be appreciated and admired. His abilty to sing a song fully enjoying the lyrical content needs special mention.I think the credit goes to his parents.
