Has gone a best of 11.27 @ 118. 1.61 60 ft, last yr on 10-15-11. And spooling up at the starting line does help on the et just hard on parts. Getting a gear vendor and lower gears this yr. :-).

here you go, pretty much brings the car up to date as of today, 3-2-13. there has been a lot of changes since we started with this thing and the norcal build starts from the beginning in 2008. also have a FB page dedicated to the car as well.
@nachomax look at the dyno video it has more specs. It is a th400 with trans brake and an allison torque converter. 12 bolt axle, posi'd with 2.56 gears.
Fuckin A!!! Lovin the dirty-max swap. Im sure that the road mileage must be phenomenal for a 11 sec car.

@vr4ish just hit up any diesel performance shop. bigger towns/citys would obviously be your best bet. but you could do it yourself, dont thinks all that complicated except for the motor mounts. everything els is universal.
do u ever come down to sears point for the drags?

gran turismo 5. ps3.. i have a built up chevelle big block 454.. with a blower on it.. 700 hp. cant hook till 3rd gear.. even with medium grip street tires on it. and suspension upgrades and longer gearing. 80 mph until it hooks.

well you have to get a diesel gas tank get all new fuel lines for diesel fuel you have to get overload suspension or Heavy Duty Suspension because of the weight of the diesel engine would make the front end drag the ground

alot of guys with chevelles do this and i thinks its bad ass , iam a ford fan and i really wanna do this to my fast back with a 6.4 powerstroke and i know there is a guy tgat put a 6.4 in his vette but iam curious how hard is it to convert it ?

The gas engine has quicker rising horsepower off the line than the diesel thats why eh always in front at the beginning at the top end the diesel catches up the gas just probly needs more heads work and more intake and he will loose the diesel in a second.
He's not spooling off the line. Guaranteed if the diesel had the turbo spooling before launch and could hook that power, nothing would hold on for that...
