If they only have a 14, I'd grab em personally. The width of the shoe will be comfortable for you, they just might be a little bit long. See if you can try em on first.
You are right, best is to go true to size, I went on fruity pebles half size down, I'll keep them, but better to go true, seems like every Nike shoe that has inner sock, is simmilar, so if you wear 11.5 in CB 94....stick to that size on every shoe that is that tipe of boot like sneaker.

What size do you usually wear in Lebron 4s? These are 13, and you wear 13,5 ?
I normally get a size 14 in them, but always felt they were a little long. A 13.5 would be perfect. But the 13 is fine.
