- Prince of Persia 2 - The Shadow and the Flame. I like this game a lot. So I decided to upload some videos of it.
First, I wanted to show off a discovery of mine : you can finish the Flame level by killing only one guard, possibly none if you're better than me. However, I had cheats activated just for fun.
So once I got the Flame, I used a glitch I know...
...and hell followed.
First, if you have the lives required, you can turn into the blue flame shadow version of yourself, expect without the fire. Then I got crushed by a crusher, and the game gave me an error message... I said "No", and my corpse was shown. I then used cheats to revive me, and with another trick I know, clone the prince.
Not to mention SOME, but not ALL, of the Birdmen attacked me AFTER I got the Flame. Wtf, worshiped idol betrayal. - Ігри

I remember, I found a bug in the giant spiders lvl where jumping from a very spot would cause the character to go through the floor and making the game crash. :D
That same thing happened to me back then. I thought I was the only one.

True, most aren't glitches because they are cheat-induced, but the purpose of the video was to mess with them and see the weird results.
As for editing the video, I agree. I tried using UA-cam's editor to shave off the center part, but for some reason the editor only works once in a blue moon. Didn't feel like reuploading either, lol, so I just added that Annotation. Sorry for that annoyance.

This is my 2nd game from which my gaming time started. I didn't understand much what you did in the game. What's the use of playing like this. And how do you know that turning into a shadow and flame. How did you find that is that idea exist in the game?

It's not a big mystery. When you reach to the flame, you have to let the guard kill you. So your shadow can steal the flame and return to your body. So it's something the game puts it there on purpose.
Just when i was wondering where the glitches were :P

Please can you give me a link to play this game, I found a lot of it but they dont work very well
I'm afraid this video is 10 years old and I don't have the game anymore. However, the website Abandonia still seems to have it. The game is too old and won't run on modern computers (even 10 years ago it couldn't), so you need to use DosBox to run it. There are tutorials for it online, it only takes a few minutes to set up.
