I love this channel and am giving feedback bc I care and see how our philosophies align. Plastic is the ultimate enemy. That includes trash bags and plastic gloves! I reuse grocery bags (stuffed into a empty liter soda bottle) and carry around a "trash picker" (there's needles sometimes). Thank you for the content, and for helping with litter!
once upon a time at that bridge you could catch bluefish until your arms were sore. nice job on the beach clean up. i moved off LI 9 years ago to TN. i hike and we take a plastic shopping bag with us and clean up garbage on the trail.

Funny story, many years ago me and another couple went swimming at Charleston breachway......I was getting bit on the legs, my buddies GF got bit on the bikini line. Long story short, she pulled a sea lice off her hoo hoo 🤮 we didn’t swim after that 🤭
@@ericao2559 pretty nasty, never heard of sea lice until that fateful afternoon....we did have a nice lunch and I got sunburn bad. Ohh the good old days. 👍
I like the idea of all fishermen/women carrying bags and gloves, my surf fishing club (PISC) does a group beach 3 times a season for 3 hours each time. We always have a good turnout and the beach looks better for it. Keep up the good show, love your channel.
I love this can you keep us updated on that striped bass I fished them the other day and we have very healthy striped bass in the Bronx more city island
oh thats how you know whether they are migratory or not? i've always wondered what those little moving things were...mostly find them latched onto the dorsal fins, tails of flukes.
I really love the aspect of your fishing that you’re tagging the fish. I think that’s a wonderful mall at your service to do. How would I go about contributing to this effort for tagging them myself?
We need to introduce new fresh blood into the stock that’s on the west coast, our Stripers here seem to look more messed up, the stripe patterns are getting all whack. I’m no biologist or fish expect but I’m guessing it’s too much inbreeding line breeding of what ever stock they introduced here back in the days.
If we all do a little, the problem with that is negligence, most humans don't give a damn specially some boater not securing their garbage, it blows off the boat without their noticing and it washes on the beach, we all know garbage doesn't grow on the beach, Peace. When a tagged fish is caught and released would you want us to report when, where, measurement and weight to the proper authorities?
Also, I did not see the last half of your comment. There will be a phone number, website, and tag ID on the green tag that you'll be able follow through with the information.
