Couple of questions. 1. Does your price include concrete? If not, how much would the concrete cost?
2. Do you offer spray foam? How much would that be?

No price does not include concrete. We did not go this clients concrete. Pricing for concrete varies. For this project you're looking at roughly $48,920.00. This is subject to change based on location site.
We do offer spray foam. We did not do it for this client, but for 1" spray foam you are looking about $10,104.00.

WOWWWW Thank you so much for the information. Very Transparent Extremely Informational Appreciate it soo much! I build Multifamily Apartments always am trying to see if it is possible to do multifamily with steel. Wood Frame is cheaper but if you want extremely tall cielings floor to cieling glass windows doors very high off the ground steel could be an option. Thank you again very Helpful!!
Thanks for your feedback. We're glad that you find this video informative. It's true that wood frame is more cost effective but if you're looking for framings for highly customizable structures then steel is the best choice.

how do yall do your trims for the lean to with a differnt pitch
We use a transition trim between the main structure panel and the lean to.
Recommendation out in San diego County, Cal.
