I’m just watching to get over my ex Coach Danny. I’ve been broken up with by this jerk 3x and blocked on everything each time. I realized this is a game for him. I remember him telling me he blocked exes and they would email him. When he broke up this time I just said ok and hung up. I didn’t know my 6 yr old was still trying to call him and she’s so hurt he didn’t answer her and cried. Her heart is more broken than mines. Im over it but I still think about him but just want to grow I don’t want him back after he’s done this 3x and to my kids I would be pathetic. Just trying to move on with changes

hi coach, i have a question. is it okay if i view my exes story during no contact? or as much as possible dont? everytime i post a story he’s always my first view. he doesnt like or react to it and i also dont to his. is that okay?
I'm not blocked but she doesn't view my stories and I don't know if she logs into my profile. She is very proud so I don't know if she doesn't view out of pride or because she lost interest in me. I keep posting on my feed and stories like you said but I don't know if she still sees my profile. Should I continue this way? We haven't spoken in over 60 days after a quarrel.
Will my ex still reach out if i give her space after she asked for no contact? She said she would probably/probably not reach out and said she’ll let the future decide. She sounds determined that it would take a couple years so we could be in a healthier relationship.

I'm letting my ex live in my house I'm paying for and ride a car I'm paying for because I want my step daughter to no be on the street, and my ex changed the locks and got me on no contact. All because If been reaching out to my old girlfriend that is only a friend now. I'm wrong for not telling her, but I feel it's kind of weird I'm locked out of my own house. What should I do? Just don't privatise your Instagram, if you update Ur profile pic that would hopefully get them to notice

She broke up with me she said i took her for granted she was right its was because of a past relationship so i didnt beg i went nc in 4 months i sent 2 text to say hi and she was angry didnt wanna talk so i had a session with you guys to get help and now i sent a accountability letter...its been a week im not needy or in a rush hopefully i will hear from her if not should i do a fallow up in weeks time if so talk about the letter or just ask her to go for a coffee maybe ordo nothing...thank you for good advise 😊

My ex husband watches all these videos in youtube. He is a bipolar narc in middle aged crisis and he posts pictures with his new cabrio and Harley of his friends'.He thinks he's 25 years old! Our friends laugh behind his back! Total humiliation for me and my son!!!
Conclusion: Have self respect, get a real life, be happy with yourself and don't try to attract people with actions that humiliate you!
