Lukoil is a Russian owned gas station and is in states like PA. Now we will get it it oil from Venezuela. We need to produce more effective alternative fuels here. We have E85 and E90 ethanol based on corn. Brazil uses sugarcane. Exxon and Chevron are US companies, they can sell more of it. We did this years ago in 2009. EVs and hybrids have been around for a while too. Tesla isn't the first EV sold in the US, it is just now the most popular but other companies like Ford are finally getting on board.
Did you know that Hawaii also runs on Russian oil? 🧐
very insightful as always.
Thanks, Hamid!

Why does the US import Russian oil? So people can get to work, so products can get to the shelves, so planes can stay in the air, etc etc etc
