Paper: Hahnemühle The Collection - Watercolour Paper 14.2" x 18.9"
    100 % cotton rag, 140lb - mould-made - surface sized - cold pressed
The prized cotton papers, are characterized by a very durable paper surface that is well suited for demanding watercolor techniques, even when applying multiple layers of color. This paper lets you create remarkable wet-on-wet paintings. --vegan and acid-free
    Brushes:
Escoda Size 18 Barroco - Gold Toray Fiber Mottler
One of the most popular synthetic hairs for watercolour. The Barroco series has soft bristles with a springy feel
Escoda Size 18 Clásico White Chungking Bristle Mottler
Made of hog bristle, this brush is traditionally used in oil painting. Its natural hardness allows for a slight lift when dragged across a watercolor painting. I would love a synthetic option to this, please let me know if you know of one. Thank you!
Escoda Size 14 Ultimo - An almost perfect imitation of squirrel has been achieved with this artificial hair. Thanks to the special fiber in this Último series, extraordinary softness and a capacity to retain liquids is achieved which is virtually the same as that found in the natural squirrel hair. The Último series could become a synthetic hair benchmark to gradually replace natural hair in the future.
    Tintoretto 1337 Vajo Brushes
The 1337 series was born out of the need for a pocket brush with a sharp point and excellent colour retention - a synthetic fibre to mimic Kazan squirrel that are able to store large quantities of water, making it possible to create precise and continuous lines, such as branches and grasses without having to constantly recharge the brush, 100% cruelty free
    Raphael Texture Size 20 Mottler
The Raphael Textura brushes feature short, extra-stiff, 100% synthetic fibers.
These synthetic brushes contain short, rigid, fibers that are very strong and responsive, created for acrylics when used with watercolors will create subtle lift/texture lines

You are just so kind in sharing all your painting insights with us. I am always happy when I see the notification that a new video of yours is available for viewing. And as I watch, it feels like I’m kicking back with a nice cup of hot chocolate and a good book in the winter.
Your comments about being in nature always speak to me…nature, my favorite place to be.
I’d like to share a recent painting experience. I had about two minutes to get ready to go to Arizona, to The Mayo Clinic (my husband has been diagnosed with a rare heart disease). As I had no time to pack all my painting gear I grabbed a set (of 6) hand poured paints. I also grabbed two brushes (#10 & # 6 rounds) and an Arches 8”x10” block. After going through lots of tests, we had to wait a day before seeing the heart specialist at the clinic, so we decided to enjoy the day going to Sedona. We had not been there before. We discovered that it is a stunningly beautiful area of Arizona. We got some sandwiches to go and drove around and found an amazing place to have a picnic. Then…I just had to paint some of the beautiful sites. My hubby and our dog went for a walk…I painted. Because I had a “limited palette” of paints I hadn’t even swatched, I struggled with making the needed colors, but I also had the best time making those colors! My painting was amazing and I was so proud that I had figured out all the color mixing. I usually think I need all my paints, etc. I’m so glad that I was forced to take so few painting supplies.
    Sorry this was so long.
Again, thank you for caring about your subscribers.😊

What a wonderful story and I SO want to make a trip to paint in Sedona, limited palettes offer time color mixing which can be a true joy to discover new color mixes. I hope your husband is getting the care he needs, the Mayo Clinic has helped many. Prayers for your family!

Signing paintings - how did you get that stamp you use to sign your paintings? Maybe you can talk about that in a future video.
