Not sure why bolts were taken out at the beginning. Once dust covers are removed there is access to the twist in/out light bulb. I recommend changing both bulbs if one burns out as the other is likely to burn out soon. Can be done by yourself; easy as changing a light bulb.

Remove Coolant reservoir. 8mm & u have access to head light bulb …. Smh
